At its meeting on 12 October 2017, the municipal council of the municipality of Rüdersdorf bei Berlin resolved to initiate the procedure for the 1st amendment to development plan no. 07 "Berliner Straße/Ringstraße".
The amendment procedure will be carried out using the simplified procedure in accordance with Section 13 BauGB. The contents of the amendment were approved with the resolution to initiate the 1st amendment procedure.
The reason for amending the development plan is to adapt the objectives and the resulting stipulations and contents of the development plan to the current urban development of the centre of Hennickendorf.
The draft for development plan no. 07 "Berliner Straße/Ringstraße" 1st amendment is available. There is an opportunity to participate in the planning process.
In the period
from 27.12.2017 up to and including 29.01.2018
the draft of the 1st amendment to the development plan no. 07 "Berliner Straße/Ringstraße" will be made available for public inspection at the municipal administration's citizens' office in 15562 Rüdersdorf bei Berlin, Hans-Striegelski-Straße 5.
In accordance with Section 3 (2) BauGB, anyone can submit suggestions, proposals or objections to the draft of the 1st amendment to the development plan during the opening hours of the citizens' office. The opening hours of the citizens' office are
Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 09:00 to 17:00
Tuesdays from 09:00 to 19:00
Fridays from 09:00 to 15:00
Furthermore, it is possible to inspect the plans within the above-mentioned period by telephone appointment on 033638 85-203 at the building office of the municipal administration, Puschkinstraße 5 in 15562 Rüdersdorf bei Berlin, and to submit suggestions, concerns or comments for the record.
The draft of the first amendment to the development plan can also be viewed on the website of the municipality of Rüdersdorf bei Berlin at www.ruedersdorf.de, under the heading Leben & Wohnen/Ortsentwicklung.

It should be noted that comments not submitted in due time may be disregarded in the resolution on the amendment to the development plan no. 07 "Berliner Straße/Ringstraße" and that an application pursuant to Section 47 of the Administrative Court Code is inadmissible if it asserts objections that were not asserted by the applicant during the public display or were asserted late but could have been asserted.
The implementation of the public participation in accordance with Section 3 (2) BauGB in conjunction with Section 4a BauGB for the draft of the 1st amendment to the development plan no. 07 "Berliner Straße/Ringstraße" is hereby publicly announced in accordance with Section 14 of the main statutes of the municipality of Rüdersdorf bei Berlin.
