Health Day on 1 October 2025
This year, the municipality hosted a health fair on 1 October 2025 with a wide range of offers from local healthcare providers, associations and other providers. From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., the Immanuel Klinik Rüdersdorf conference centre offered a wide range of information stands, presentations and hands-on activities. Visitors were able to get active themselves - for example with chess and senior sports or dancing. Healthy treats such as vegetarian spreads, fresh waffles and smoothies were also on offer.
With a thematic focus on "Staying vital and active", the programme was aimed primarily at senior citizens.

Rüdersdorf Health Days
The Rüdersdorf Health Days have been held in our municipality every year since 2002. These days are dedicated to the topics of health, healthy eating and prevention, including sport and exercise.
