We have set ourselves the goal of counteracting loneliness among older people in particular by offering a wide range of interesting services and leisure activities.

Mondays, 15:00-16:00: Senior gymnastics (TH Brückenstraße)
Tuesdays, 09:00-11:00: Chatting hour in the meeting room
Thursdays, fortnightly: 14:00-16:00: Coffee or teen afternoon
Thursdays, quarterly, 14:00-16:00: Birthday party for members

Rose Monday, the October festival, Christmas party, contact with the Rappelkiste after-school care centre, arranging day trips and multi-day trips are further focal points of our activities. Day trips and trips lasting several days are further focal points of our voluntary work.
