Beware, fraudsters are currently on the move again in our region, pretending to be employees of the Medical Service of the Health Insurance Funds (MDK).
As soon as they have been granted access to the flat in false confidence, the fraudsters rob the flat.
Hence the warning: Only let MDK employees in if you have already made an appointment in advance!
The MDK points out that
- Home visits must always be announced in writing.
- Changes to appointments can only be made in consultation with the insured persons.
- all MDK employees show their ID card when visiting a home.
- In the event of reasonable suspicion, please contact the police or your MDK.
