Drawing competition at schools in Rüdersdorf near Berlin

Rüdersdorf near Berlin will be celebrating its 775th anniversary next year. To mark the occasion, the local council is organising two drawing competitions for children and young people at all schools in Rüdersdorf and its surrounding areas.
Under the theme “My Rüdersdorf”, all pupils are warmly invited to show us the images, events and feelings they personally associate with their local community.
We hope for a colourful potpourri of motifs – think, for example, of the Museum Park, the Water Festival at Kalksee, the historic Tram 88 or the panoramic view from the Wachtelturm. Retrospective, visionary or abstract motifs are also welcome. There are no limits to your imagination. The best paintings will be recognised and awarded prizes. We may also incorporate particularly original ideas into the development of a ‘775 Years of Rüdersdorf’ logo. You have until the end of November to submit your entries to the mayor.
The municipality of Rüdersdorf looks forward to receiving your creative ideas.
