On 1 March 2017, notices of charges for waste disposal 2016/2017 were sent to all those liable to pay charges in the district of Märkisch-Oderland.
The increase in the basic waste disposal fees is due to the results of the waste management services tendered throughout Europe.
The waste fee notices for the year 2016/2017 contain the settlement notice for 2016 and the determination of the advance payment for 2017.
The waste disposal fees include the basic fee, the waste container fee, the service fee and, if applicable, the container exchange fee and the collection fee.
All changes to the number of persons up to and including 15 December 2016 are taken into account in the fee notice. Changes to the number of persons after this date will be listed in the next amendment notice.
The due date for payment of the waste disposal fees is 1 April 2017. Please make transfers to the account specified in the fee notice, quoting the reference number.
