Note on behaviour after travelling abroad during the 2020 autumn holidays in relation to COVID-19

The current number of coronavirus cases is rising. More and more countries are being declared risk areas.
The state government has issued an ordinance(SARS-CoV-2 Quarantine Ordinance) regulating the rules for returning from risk areas. At the beginning of the autumn holidays, we would like to politely draw your attention to this regulation:

  • Persons travelling from risk areas abroad must go into domestic quarantine for 14 days (Section 1 (1) SARS-CoV-2 Quarantine Ordinance) and report to the responsible health authority.
  • Quarantine may be waived if a negative corona test in accordance with Section 2 (2) of the SARS-CoV-2 Quarantine Ordinance is available.
  • The current risk areas are updated daily on the website of the Robert Koch Institute.

We wish you all a relaxing holiday season, stay healthy and have a good rest.
