On 21 June 2024, the 8th children's festival of the municipality of Rüdersdorf near Berlin will take place from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Herzfelde community centre (OT Herzfelde, Möllenstraße 12, 15378 Rüdersdorf near Berlin).
In the garden area of the community centre, a colourful programme invites children to run around and play. Among other things, the following activities await the children:
Bouncy castle, fire brigade with water games, pony rides, stilt walkers and balloon artists, black light theatre, face painting, tattoos, craft activities (e.g. making key rings, bags and pencil cases), various movement games, soft ice cream, popcorn, waffles, cakes, sausages, bubble tea.
The festival will be opened by local mayor Petra Würger.
As in the previous year, there will also be a job application day organised by the municipality at the same time, focussing on pedagogical specialists.
The festival is supported by Herzfelder Heimatverein, Hennickendorfer Sportverein, HSV, Immanuel Klinik pregnancy and conflict counselling, Förderverein Feuerwehr Herzfelde, Feuerwehr Herzfelde, Förderverein Kita Zwergenschloss, Jugendwerkstatt Hönow (Wohngruppe R.U.Z. from Hennickendorf), the Sonnenschein Hennickendorf day care centre, the municipal day care centres (Sonnerschein, Zwergenschloss and Lichtenow), the Parkeulen day care centre, the Kleine Forschergeister day care centre of the CJD and the Rappelkiste day care centre of the Johanniter Unfallhilfe e.V., the municipality's school social workers and the entire Department 6 Daycare and Social Affairs of the municipality, WIBB GmbH with the Notausgang youth centre, Kiebitz e.V. and Museumspark Rüdersdorf.
