Photo book for the 775th anniversary

There were three days of colourful hustle and bustle in Rüdersdorf and the surrounding area. The festival weekend began with a ceremony in the cultural centre, followed by the traditional procession of miners into the museum park, a mountain wedding, concerts by various artists and a fireworks display in the museum park on Saturday evening. A highlight was certainly the parade on Sunday, which led from Alt-Rüdersdorf to the museum park and in which many committed citizens and guests of the community took part.

The municipality has now published a photo book that allows the beautiful moments to be relived. This photo book shows impressions of the festival weekend with its highlights, but these can only represent an excerpt from the many beautiful moments and impressions of the festive days.

Special thanks in this context go to the hard-working photographers Martin Hoppe, Björn Koblow, Mario Schulz, Mario Steffen and Alexander Thürling, to name but a few, who provided their snapshots. Pictures from this year's photo competition for the festival weekend are also included in the photo book.

For all those present, this weekend was a unique series of events and it is precisely this unique atmosphere that is reflected in the photo book.

The photo book is available for €5 from Bäckerei Freidrich (Dr.-Wilhelm-Külz-Straße 1d), Bücherstube Hoffmann (Rudolf-Breitscheid-Str. 69) and the Bürgerbüro in the town hall of the municipality of Rüdersdorf bei Berlin (Hans-Striegelski-Straße 5).
