On 5 December 2011 from 3 pm, the Day of Volunteering will be celebrated in the council chamber of Rüdersdorf town hall. Ten people will be honoured on this day.
The Day of Volunteering is international and recognises people who volunteer in the areas of social affairs, health, education, culture, the environment and transport.
