Last year, a citizens' survey took place for the third time. In November and December 2008, all residents of Rüdersdorf, Hennickendorf, Herzfeld and Lichtenow were asked to rate the municipality of Rüdersdorf bei Berlin and its administration. Unfortunately, only 78 people took advantage of this opportunity and made suggestions, expressed wishes and/or criticism. The suggestions from the 2007 survey were all taken into account in the administration's work in 2008 and many shortcomings were eliminated or passed on to the relevant people in charge.
