Our municipality is characterised by contrasts: Open-cast mining on one side, lots of water and nature on the other. But one thing is certain: there are many beautiful corners. Do you already know them all? We are looking for photos and stories about your favourite places so that you can discover new things, but also so that our new residents and guests can get a first impression. What characterises our municipality and should everyone definitely have seen it? Which corners, squares and places in our municipality make you feel most at home? What stories do you associate with these places?
Whether spring, summer, autumn or winter, whether beautiful snowy landscapes, events in the museum park or on the fairground in Hennickendorf, lakes in the sunshine, whether nature or industry - there are no limits to your creativity and choice of motif. Show us your favourite place and tell us why this place is so special to you.
Together with your photos and your personal stories and anecdotes, we would like to create a brochure with your favourite places in our municipality. But there may be more to come: an exhibition, postcards, an interactive map on our website. We are sure that our municipality has one or two surprises in store for you.
