With the latest amendment to the Building Code (BauGB) by the "Act on the implementation of Directive 2014/52/EU in urban planning law and to strengthen the new coexistence in the city", which came into force on 13 May 2017, cities and municipalities are now obliged to publish the content of the local announcement of urban land-use plans and the documents to be displayed on the municipality's website. This is now regulated by Section 4a (4) BauGB. In Rüdersdorf bei Berlin, the public announcement of the public display in the citizens' office was previously published in the municipality's official gazette. This will be continued.
The municipality also offers publication on the homepage. In future, you will find the documents currently on display under the heading News in the subdirectory Urban land-use planning.
