An important note for all hiking enthusiasts. The ENDURO World Championships will be taking place in the municipality of Rüdersdorf near Berlin next weekend. The 66 Lakes Hiking Trail will be closed between the Museum Park and Rudolf-Breitscheid-Straße. We recommend that hikers coming from the direction of Tasdorf continue past the museum park to Straße der Jugend, turn left there and then turn right at Dr.-Wilhelm-Külz-Straße. You are then on the "alternative route" of the 66-See-Wanderweg, which is still signposted. Coming from Woltersdorf, turn left over the Peter-Lübkes-Brücke bridge to Straße der Jugend and then continue in the direction of Museumspark until you reach the 66-Seen-Wandeweg trail again.
The trail will be open again from Monday (15 October)!
