Notes (special features)
Young people under the age of 16 are only permitted to go to restaurants, dance events and discos if they are not accompanied by a person with parental authority (parent, guardian) and if they are accompanied by a person over the age of 18 who has been appointed by their parents to accompany and supervise them (person with parental authority).
This person with parental responsibility can be an adult sibling or an adult friend, for example.
In case of doubt, a corresponding authorisation must be proven in writing. Parents usually give their children a note stating the authorisation. It should make it clear that the authorisation covers not only the accompaniment but also the supervision of the minor.
