General power of attorney

  • Short text

Granting of a power of attorney

  • Full text

For official matters (dealing with the authorities) which you are unable or unwilling to handle yourself, the person acting on your behalf will need a written power of attorney issued by you. In a few cases, it is not possible for someone else to act on your behalf and you must attend in person.

Please check with the relevant authority in advance to see whether a representative can be appointed.
