The Gemeindejugendring is a voluntary association of youth organisations, clubs, leisure facilities and natural persons currently active in the municipality. It serves to promote and develop youth work in the municipality.

Performance profile
The tasks of the Gemeindejugendring include in particular - to promote mutual understanding and the willingness of young people to work together and to help solve problems by exchanging experiences, - to develop common ideas on public issues and, where possible, to help tackle the resulting tasks in our community, - to represent and assert the interests of children and young people in the public arena, - encourage, plan, promote and organise joint activities and events in line with the wishes of children and young people, - support general child and youth work in the community, - encourage and promote international encounters, - counteract totalitarian, nationalistic, racist and militaristic tendencies.
