On 25 April 2022, an accident occurred during horizontal drilling during construction work by the Strausberg-Erkner Water Association (WSE) due to obstacles in the subsoil (roadway heave). As a result, Berliner Straße in Hennickendorf (L233) had to be closed immediately at the level of Villa Thyssen. The road will remain fully closed until it has been completely repaired (probably until 13 May 2022).
Note: In the original announcement, the closure was announced until 6 May 2022 - however, the construction company has now informed us that it will take longer.
