The Strausberg-Erkner water board regularly flushes the pipe network to ensure the quality of the drinking water. The work is only carried out on weekdays. An overview of the streets affected can be found in the following table.
We recommend that you avoid uncontrolled water withdrawals between 07:00 and 15:00 on the days of the pipe network flushing, i.e. do not switch on the washing machines and dishwashers.
There may be temporary pressure fluctuations and cloudy water in the streets mentioned and the surrounding area. If the water becomes cloudy, which is hygienically harmless, we ask you to drain the water until it is clear again.
You should also check the filters in your domestic system after flushing the pipework and clean them if necessary.
