Anniversary celebration of the district and district town in Seelow

The district of Märkisch-Oderland is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. Together with the town of Seelow, which can look back on 155 years as a district town, we want to celebrate the anniversary together with our citizens.
The anniversary celebration will be opened at 2.00 pm by Dr Sibylle Bock, Chairwoman of the District Council. Afterwards, visitors can expect

- a market with a variety of handicraft and culinary specialities from the region,
- a colourful stage and children's programme
- a special post office with postal stationery from the Seelow Philatelists' Club
- a radio station from the German Amateur and Radio Club
- the giant moon balloon show
- the Sol and Luna stage show
- a technical show by the fire brigade, THW, DRK and disaster control
- live music and much, much more

There will be bouncy castles, playgrounds and a chalk painting street to entertain the younger guests.
District Administrator Gernot Schmidt and Mayor Jörg Schröder will address the guests at around 18:00.
Antenne Brandenburg presenter Franziska Maushake will host the event.
