Dear Citizens,
This notice is to inform you that people with a dark complexion are operating as con artists in the municipality of Rüdersdorf bei Berlin in all districts of Rüdersdorf, Hennickendorf, Herzfelde and Lichtenow.
As far as we know, they occur in pairs. One person asks you for change for a certain amount of money and the other person steals money, ID cards, EC cards or wallets etc. during this short time.
If you observe this and become aware of this behaviour or if you are a victim yourself, inform the police immediately by filing a complaint. Either call the Strausberg police station on 03341 3300 or use the general police number 110.
