3G regulation at the meeting of the municipal council on 18 November 2021

The 21st meeting of the municipal council of Rüdersdorf bei Berlin on 18 November 2021 will take place for all participants under the 3G regulation.

The current coronavirus infection figures are rising rapidly again. The district of Märkisch-Oderland has also already significantly exceeded the highest alert value for the seven-day incidence. Everyone's health must be protected and the spread of the virus must be prevented as far as possible. The chairman of the municipal council and the administration take this task very seriously. The chairman, Mr Neumann, therefore exercises his domiciliary rights and orders the 3G rule for the meeting of the upcoming municipal council on 18.11.2021.

Specifically, this means that participation in the meeting (whether as a member of the municipal council, as a guest or other participating person) is only possible with proof of vaccination, proof of recovery (in the last 6 months) or a test within the meaning of § 2 number 7 of the COVID-19 Protective Measures Exemption Ordinance (antigen test) that was carried out no more than 24 hours ago or a test carried out no more than 48 hours ago by means of laboratory diagnostics using nucleic acid detection (PCR test).

It is also possible to carry out a test immediately before the session in the assembly hall of the primary and secondary school. Appropriate rapid tests will be provided. You are requested to arrive in good time.

Furthermore, masks are compulsory in the entire auditorium. Masks may be removed at the seat.
