The 31st Wachtelberg Festival will take place in Hennickendorf on 22 June 2024 from 2 pm to 6 pm. Organised by the Hennickendorfer Heimatfreunde e. V., the festival takes place around the district's landmark on the Wachtelberg, which can be seen from afar, and offers a colourful programme of events:
- 14:00 - Performance by the Kolibri dance school
- 14:45 - Performance by the "Am Stienitzsee" primary school
- 15:15 - Performance by the Parkeulen daycare centre
- 15:30 - Search for the best karaoke singer
- 16:00 - Performance by the Hennickendorf folk choir
- 16:30 - Performance by the Pelle Company followed by music from the Pelle Band
There will also be a play corner for children and a children's face painting programme. The clubs from the neighbourhood will provide refreshments.
