May market

On Saturday, 10 May, the May market with regional products and specialities, homemade goods, as well as decorative and gift items will take place on the Rüdersdorf market square, where you are sure to find a little something for the following Mother's Day.

To mark the Day of Urban Development, the municipality is also hosting a spring reception from 11 a.m. - with a look out and back, insights into urban development topics and awards for local commitment. The programme will be framed by live music and colourful entertainment for families.

PROGRAMME for the Day of Urban Development:

• 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.: May market for Mother's Day
  
  
• 10:00 am: Live music with the jazz band SNATCH   
  
  
• 11:00 a.m.: Welcome to the spring reception* of the municipality with sparkling wine & juice
  • Opening by the mayor Sabine Löser and the chairman of the municipal council Sven Templin,
    
  • Looking back to the year 2024,
    
  • Honouring the community's fire brigades,
    
  • Insights on the Day of Urban Development with Dr Schieferdecker, BSG Brandenburgische Stadterneuerungsgesellschaft mbH,
    
  • Outlook for the year 2025 and adoption,
    
  • Finish with music
    
    
• 14:00: Guided tour of the cultural centre with the mayor

* The spring reception will be accompanied musically by the Rüdersdorf singer Sandra Würtz.
