Consultation hours take place on the second Tuesday of each month from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm. The first regular session is on 14 July 2026.
Members of the public have the opportunity to discuss personal concerns, questions or reports directly with the police. In addition, reports can be filed during these consultation hours.
The consultation hours take place in the mayor’s office at the Herzfelde Community Centre, Möllenstraße 12.
