Events in our community
Life and leisure activities in the municipality are diverse. This is also reflected in the large number of
events, which are organised and held by many of our community's stakeholders. Whether it's the mountain festival in Rüdersdorf, the Stienitzsee festival in Hennickendorf, the summer festival in Herzfelde or the village festival in Lichtenow - every district has its own traditional annual festivals.
Since 2021, participants in STADTRADELN have been competing each year for the local authority’s challenge cup. The ‘Bunte Meile’ offers businesses and organisations in particular the opportunity to showcase themselves in the municipality every year. Every year, the ‘Brücknick’ invites people to the municipality’s biggest picnic on the Peter-Lübkes Bridge, with a different theme each time.
There is also a wide range of events for young and old in the library, in the Rüdersdorf Museum Park, in the churches and many other locations.
The town hall regularly hosts various exhibitions.
