From 26 to 29 August 2024, a major Bundeswehr exercise will take place in the Tasdorf area (including the former chemical plant), in wooded areas around Lake Stienitzsee and on the lake.
This will result in noise and smoke emissions, particularly on Wednesday, 28 August 2024 in the morning and evening hours. The exercise will take place at a distance of around 500 metres from the nearest residential area in order to keep the disruption to a minimum.
