The Immanuel Haus am Kalksee is situated right on the shores of Lake Kalksee in Rüdersdorf near Berlin, just a few minutes’ walk from the market square. This modern and welcoming facility combines full-time residential care, day care and home care under one roof, offering older people a safe and secure home.
Bright rooms, a pleasant atmosphere and the charming lakeside location create the ideal conditions for well-being and a good quality of life. Even for temporary stays as part of short-term or respite care, the Immanuel Haus am Kalksee is a place where people can feel they are in good hands. Since it opened in 2008, the care home has offered a total of 105 care places across three floors – 85 of which are in single rooms and 20 in twin rooms.
People of all care needs are welcome at Immanuel Haus am Kalksee. Our multi-disciplinary team promotes residents’ independence and quality of life through personalised care and support services. A trusting partnership with relatives, combined with a supportive and respectful approach, forms the basis of our holistic care approach.
Day care
There are 15 places available for day care at the Immanuel Haus am Kalksee. Care is provided on weekdays from 09:00 to 16:00. Shared meals, creative activities, cultural experiences, as well as basic care and therapeutic care take place during this time. People in need of care can be looked after at the day care centre during the day. We use our own accessible day-care buses to collect guests. We place great importance on organising a meaningful daily programme tailored to individual preferences, with the self-determination and well-being of each visitor being our top priority.
Immanuel Outpatient Care Rüdersdorf (Immanuel Diakonie Social Care Centre) helps people to live independently and safely in their familiar home environment for as long as possible. Our experienced team supports those in need of care and their relatives with personalised care, support and assistance services.

Specialised Outpatient Palliative Care (SAPV)
Specialised outpatient palliative care complements general palliative care and is aimed at people with terminal illnesses who have particularly complex care needs. The aim is to maintain the quality of life of those affected and to enable them to live with dignity in familiar surroundings. Care is provided by a specialist team and is prescribed by the attending doctor.
