Pflege-Brücke GmbH

The PFLEGE-BRÜCKE GmbH care service builds bridges between all those directly or indirectly involved in care, doctors, health insurance companies, pharmacies, orthopaedic and medical supply stores, social authorities, food delivery services, senior citizens' clubs and many others. We coordinate the care plan with you and your loved ones according to your needs and wishes, abilities and possibilities.

In outpatient care, we help you to live in your familiar surroundings for as long as possible by supporting you, for example, with personal hygiene, treatment care or accompanying you to appointments. Of course, you can also take advantage of this support in assisted living or in shared flats.

You can spend a varied day in our day care centre for senior citizens. This service is suitable for anyone who is looking for social contact or is no longer able to look after themselves all day.

Anyone who is currently receiving care from us and will receive care in the future, or anyone who has questions and needs help with applications or forms, will find a trained contact person at the care counselling service. For example, on the subject of the requirements for a care degree, respite care services, a severely disabled person's pass, power of attorney, living wills, remedies, rehabilitation, assisted living and much more.

AG Senior Citizens Work Rüdersdorf

The Seniors' Advisory Council working group is a cooperative alliance between the administration, Pflege-Brücke, the Seniors' Advisory Council, the Protestant parish and neighbourhood management. It deals with issues concerning the older generation - counselling, information and the provision of assistance.

People with support needs or cognitive impairments (memory disorders) and, above all, their relatives need a great deal of understanding and support. Knowledge of the limitation/illness, appropriate interaction with the person affected and an understanding environment can significantly improve the situation.

The working group organises information events, consultations, discussion groups and training courses.

Local services can be arranged for those affected and their relatives.
