There are always children in our district who cannot grow up in their families. There are many reasons for this. The Youth Welfare Office's foster children service endeavours to provide children with a foster family to enable them to grow up in a family that is suitable for children.
We are looking for loving and responsible women, men and couples as foster parents who can provide a child with temporary or permanent warmth, security, support and education.
What we are looking for: Foster parents with a sense of cooperation, openness to problems and to the child's or young person's previous life story, who have patience, empathy, time and resilience and, above all, enjoy living with children.
Does this appeal to you? Would bringing up and caring for a foster child be a job for you? Then you are cordially invited to this information event, which will give you an initial overview of what foster parenting means.
