Rüdersdorf Health Days
The Rüdersdorf Health Days have been held in our municipality every year since 2002. These days are dedicated to the topics of health, healthy eating and prevention, including sport and exercise.

Health Days 2024
The 23rd Health Days will take place from 8 to 14 September 2024.
On Sunday, 8 September, the CITY CYCLING event will start at the same time in our municipality.
Over the course of the week, there will be individual offers such as a mountain bike tour, a breakfast for senior citizens on the subject of healthy eating and free sight and hearing tests.
Health market on Saturday, 14 September
The highlight of this year's Health Days will be a large health market on the Rüdersdorf market square on Saturday, 14 September from 9 am to 2 pm with various healthy products and health providers. In addition to the stalls of the regional market, various health service providers will be presenting their offers at information stands as well as small health tests and hands-on activities. There will be fun and games for the little ones with the family centre and a bouncy castle.

For the fourth time in a row, the municipality of Rüdersdorf near Berlin is taking part in CITY CYCLING in the district of Märkisch Oderland. Let's cycle as many everyday journeys as possible in a climate-friendly way during these 21 days! Every kilometre counts - especially if it would have been covered by car. Last year, people in our community cycled an impressive 67,363 km, saving almost 11 tonnes of CO₂.
Form your own team or join an existing team, e.g. the "Open Team" of the municipality, in the competition for the challenge cup of the municipality of Rüdersdorf near Berlin.

Current tips on healthy eating: Under normal circumstances, those who eat a wholesome diet do not need to take dietary supplements, even in old age. You will find out which foods are particularly healthy
and when deficiency symptoms can occur.

In addition to the traders at the regional market, health service providers will be presenting themselves with information stands, small health tests and hands-on activities. The Rüdersdorf Family Centre and a fire brigade bouncy castle will be offering fun and games for the youngest visitors. At the municipal stand, you can once again try delicious smoothies on the smoothie bike.

- Cancer counselling centre at Immanuel Klinik Rüdersdorf
In the cancer counselling centre at Immanuel Klinik Rüdersdorf, cancer patients and their relatives and children are advised, accompanied and supported in all phases of the disease by the staff of the clinic social service under the direction of Jürgen Muth. In individual counselling sessions, extensive psychosocial and socio-legal questions are answered and accompanying support is provided by network partners in the care area. A particular concern is the psychosocial support of those affected and their families with the aim of maintaining and ensuring everyone's quality of life and thus enabling them to lead a self-determined everyday life. As part of the Rüdersdorf health market, we will be presenting the general services offered by the social services and in particular the services offered by the cancer counselling centre.
