Informing the public about environmental information
The licensing authority has received a revised expert report from TÜV Nord on the state of the art and the best available technology to review the licensing requirements.
In addition, the application documents were amended based on the comments from the public, among other things. To clarify which text passages have been modified compared to the application documents that were submitted from 24 July 2013 up to and including 23 August 2013 and from 6 February 2014 up to and including 19 February 2014, these text passages are highlighted in colour.
However, the scope of the application has not been expanded compared to the submitted application documents. The modified application does not give rise to any additional adverse effects for third parties.
It is therefore not necessary to reissue the application documents.
The public is therefore informed in accordance with the Environmental Information Act of the State of Brandenburg (BbgUIG) that further environmental information is available for the decision on the licence applied for with the modified application documents and the revised expert report.
