The noise action plan of the municipality of Rüdersdorf bei Berlin
Announcement of the extension of the renewed public participation in the updating of the noise action plan for the municipality of Rüdersdorf bei Berlin in accordance with Section 47d (3) of the Federal Immission Control Act (Bundesimmissionsschutzgesetz)
The municipality of Rüdersdorf bei Berlin, as the responsible authority (in accordance with Section 13 (2) of the Immission Control Responsibility Ordinance of the State of Brandenburg), has prepared a draft for the update of the Noise Action Plan for the municipality of Rüdersdorf bei Berlin. The 2013 draft updates the Noise Action Plan - Stage 1, which was adopted by the municipal council on 24 September 2009.
The draft for the update of the Noise Action Plan was already on public display from 10 June 2014 to 11 July 2014.
Due to new findings that were gathered during the previous public display and also due to new legal regulations, the public will now be involved once again.
This notice informs the public that the draft for the update of the noise action plan has been reopened and that comments can be submitted.
The public display period for the draft plan began on 6 June 2016 and ended on 8 July 2016. It will be extended until 1 August 2016.
The draft noise action plan can be viewed on the website of the municipality of Rüdersdorf bei Berlin at www.ruedersdorf.de, under the heading Leben & Wohnen / Ortsentwicklung.
The draft is also available for public inspection within the specified period during the opening hours of the citizens' office in the municipal administration in 15562 Rüdersdorf bei Berlin, Hans-Striegelski-Straße 5.
The opening hours of the citizens' office are:
Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 09.00 to 17.00
Tuesdays from 09.00 to 19.00
Fridays from 09.00 to 15.00 a.m.
Furthermore, it is possible to inspect the plans during the exhibition period by telephone appointment on 033638 85-208 and 033638 85-203 at the building office of the municipal administration, Puschkinstraße 5 in 15562 Rüdersdorf bei Berlin and to make suggestions for the record.

The suggestions, proposals or objections will be incorporated into the further development of the update of the noise action plan for the municipality of Rüdersdorf bei Berlin. The final plan will be finalised after evaluation of all objections or suggestions received by the deadline and a resolution will be sought from the municipal council. The final version of the noise action plan for the municipality of Rüdersdorf bei Berlin will then be publicised again.
Further information on noise problems in the municipal area relating to the noise action plan can of course also be submitted to the municipal administration afterwards.
