The "We're looking for a name for our bat" campaign ran for several weeks. In cooperation with the museum park, the municipality now has a new mascot. On Sunday, the seven winners were announced in the museum park. A total of around 200 children took part in the competition. The €100 prize money was increased so that all winners received €30 each as a prize. The name that won the race in the end was "Rüdi". Rüdi, the bat from Rüdersdorf. Keep your eyes peeled to see where you will encounter the bat in the village in the future.
