Rüdersdorf presents itself in Berlin

Rüdersdorf near Berlin will be presenting itself in the capital under the motto "Rüdersdorf - Fossil Heritage of Millions". The event will take place on 23 November 2009 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Representation of the State of Brandenburg to the Federal Government, In den Ministergärten 3, 10117 Berlin-Mitte.

The event is organised and carried out by the following organisers: the Brandenburg Association of Towns and Municipalities, INFRANEU e. V. Main Association for the Development of Infrastructure and Sustainability and the Representation of the State of Brandenburg to the Federal Government. On the municipal side, the event is organised in cooperation with CEMEX.

We are delighted to be able to present our municipality with its advantages and special features on this platform. Rüdersdorf is still an important, traditional industrial centre in Brandenburg with an excellent infrastructure. The building materials industry still takes centre stage. In recent years, Rüdersdorf has also established itself as an important health centre. At the beginning of September 2009, one of the most modern hospitals in Brandenburg was inaugurated in the municipality.

There will be interesting presentations on the following topics, among others: Brandenburg as a business location (Prof. Dr Detlef Stronk, Head of Zukunftsagentur Brandenburg GmbH (ZAB)), the Rüdersdorf site and its importance for CEMEX (Eric Wittmann, CEO of CEMEX Deutschland AG), industry and health - no balancing act (André Schaller, Mayor of the municipality of Rüdersdorf near Berlin).

The event is already fully booked.
However, we will inform you about the events in the coming week.
