On 5 February 2020, the application documents for the construction of Tesla's Gigafactory and the report on the environmental impact assessment were made available for public inspection. The documents were on display in the municipality of Grünheide (Mark), the town of Erkner and the Spreenhagen office as well as at the State Office for the Environment in Frankfurt (Oder). Objections can still be submitted until 5 March 2020.
