Dear Citizens,
Of course, our spring clean is taking place again this year. We want to build on last year's success and call on all active citizens to get involved in keeping their neighbourhood clean.
The local councils of the districts of Lichtenow, Herzfelde and Hennickendorf are also calling for support for spring cleaning.
In order to discuss the details, the Rüdersdorf environmental working group and the municipality invite you to a coordination meeting on
28 March at 10 am
in the Protestant community centre, opposite Rüdersdorf town hall.
At this meeting, the specific actions will be coordinated with the municipality and the details (placement of containers, areas to be cleaned, etc.) will be finalised.
We would be very pleased if active citizens of Rüdersdorf who are not organised in an association or party could also take part in this consultation.
The spring cleaning week ends with the joint campaign at
on 4 April, starting at 9.30 am.
Once the work is done, we want to round off the event with a campfire, barbecued sausages etc. and plenty of drinks - another tradition. The meeting point is once again the square at the Protestant community centre. We invite everyone who has the time and inclination
to join us for a cosy get-together from around 12.30 pm.
I am addressing this appeal to all citizens, companies, housing authorities and our associations.
Please support our spring cleaning!
