We work according to the "situation-orientated approach". For us, this means:
- The children's topics take centre stage.
- We develop projects based on the topics that most of the children are interested in.
- We use conversations, pictures, songs, fairy tales, nature and other opportunities to explore the topic in greater depth, gain new experiences of action and thus build and develop new skills for the future in the children.
- We work with the children to process their impressions. We work with the children on their impressions and experiences, help them to understand life, prepare them for the future and enable them to develop positively.
Semi-open educational work consisting of age-specific activities and times of free play:
- to provide the children with a safe environment in the group, but also to expand their range of experiences according to their individual needs,
- to support all children in the specified educational areas with age-specific programmes and to prevent developmental delays in good time
- to control the opening and use of all areas of the daycare centre in the interests of all children in order to draw conclusions from free play for the educational programmes
- to ensure a healthy variety of times of self-determination and times of age-appropriate support in all educational areas
- to enable cross-group contacts, increase the children's social skills and promote learning across age groups
