From mid-January, work will begin on repairing approx. 450 metres of Karl-Liebknecht-Straße from Woltersdorfer- to Fürstenwalder Straße in Alt-Rüdersdorf.
The construction work will be carried out together with the Strausberg-Erkner water board (WSE). As soon as weather conditions permit, but from 18 January 2021 at the latest, the WSE will renew the wastewater pipe. For this purpose, Karl-Liebknecht-Straße will be fully closed in the section from Fürstenwalder Straße to Potsdamer Platz.
As can be seen on the Mobus GmbH website, route 950 is being rerouted via the B1/B5 and Tasdorf due to construction work in Alt-Rüdersdorf between Herzfelde, Kirche and Rüdersdorf, Brückenstraße. The Rüdersdorf, CEMEX stop will also be served.
The stops Rüdersdorfer Straße in Herzfelde and Sieben Häuser, Mühle, Grundschule, Karl-Liebknecht-Straße and Marienstraße in Rüdersdorf will not be served. Please use the stops Herzfelde, Kirche and Rüdersdorf, CEMEX or the tram line 88 from Alt-Rüdersdorf as an alternative.
Please also note that some journeys on school days stop at Marktplatz in Rüdersdorf at the alternative stop in Straße der Jugend (near the tram stop).
The restrictions on bus services will apply from 11 January 2021. The municipality of Rüdersdorf bei Berlin is currently in discussions with the district of Märkisch-Oderland, as the organiser of public transport, and the bus company to set up a shuttle service between Alt Rüdersdorf and Herzfelde if possible.
In addition, further possibilities are being examined in parallel to reduce the restrictions during the duration of the complete closure.
As soon as new information about the traffic restrictions becomes available, we will inform you in an appropriate manner.
