The child who is to start school and was born between 1 October 2009 and 30 September 2010 must be introduced.
The birth certificate must be presented. In addition, proof of language assessment must be provided at the time of enrolment. Either a confirmation of participation in the language assessment or a copy of the childcare contract if attending a daycare centre outside the state of Brandenburg, a declaration of participation in a language support course and, if applicable, a confirmation of participation in language therapy treatment.
