"Nice toilet" - a quiet place for the public

The municipality of Rüdersdorf near Berlin has decided to join the nationwide "nice toilet" project and is now planning its implementation.
Public toilets have so far been few and far between in Rüdersdorf and its districts, but this is set to change with this project, as the desire for public toilets has already been expressed many times.
Who hasn't experienced the problem of having to go to the toilet and not being able to find a quiet place to do so? Using the toilet in a pub or shop without having to embarrassingly ask permission is often possible in many places. A "nice toilet" sticker at the entrance shows at a glance that the toilets are open to the public and can be used free of charge. In future, an overview on the municipality's website will identify the "nice toilets".
The participating facilities receive a small expense allowance from the municipality for providing their sanitary facilities. This enables them to meet the increased cleaning requirements. In addition, the project participants gain new guests and customers for their goods or catering services in this way.
The first facilities have already confirmed their participation. Interested parties are always welcome to expand the programme.
