The Waldbauernschule Brandenburg e.V. will once again be offering a new round of training courses at various locations throughout Brandenburg from September.
This autumn, the focus will once again be on practical training, this time on the topics of planting (nursery stock and planting methods), plant protection (wildlife fencing and individual plant protection) and implementation (services and own work). The programme will also include business management and tax law topics as well as the most important current information from the forestry sector, as usual.
The topics in detail:
- News: Forest protection situation in Brandenburg, timber market, status of new subsidy guidelines, etc.
- Cost factors in forest ownership: profit and loss account, cost development depending on the size of the company
- Inheritance and bequests: Change of ownership from a legal and tax perspective
- Planting methods and plant protection: nursery stock, planting methods, fencing, individual plant protection - with practical application in the concluding excursion
The training courses take place on Friday (4.00 - 7.30 pm) and Saturday (8.30 - 3.30 pm). The participation fee is €30 per person.
