On the night of Sunday 10 January to Monday 11 January 2016, a street tree (spherical maple) in Otto-Nuschke-Str. in front of the Lotto shop was pruned without the agreement and approval of the municipality.
The work was carried out unprofessionally and now completely disfigures the appearance of the tree. The further extent of this will be reflected in increased maintenance costs in the future.
It is pointed out that this is gross damage to property and an administrative offence according to § 7 of the municipal tree protection statutes.
Criminal charges have been filed!
