Since summer 2013, the federal government, the state of Brandenburg and the municipality of Rüdersdorf near Berlin have been investing funds from the Social City urban development programme to further develop the Brückenstraße/Friedrich-Engels-Ring residential area, stabilise it socially and economically and improve its reputation. The funding is available for upgrading the infrastructure, the residential environment and the open spaces, as well as for the public relations work accompanying the programme. The funds can also be used to develop social and cultural programmes for residents of the area. The programme will run for around ten years.

The coordination office is located at Friedrich-Engels-Ring 3 opposite the sports hall .
From April, we will be available during office hours (Tuesday 4 to 6 pm, Wednesday 9 am to 12 noon and by appointment) to answer any questions you may have about the Socially Integrative City funding programme
