Discrimination, social isolation or bullying: these are phenomena that are not uncommon in today's private and professional environment. For this reason, the municipal council appointed Ms Marlene Kersten as the new Equal Opportunities and Integration Officer for the municipality of Rüdersdorf bei Berlin on 26 November 2009. In her honorary role, the pensioner strives to achieve the following goals: equality between women and men, the compatibility of family and career as well as equality and equal opportunities for all citizens of the municipality of Rüdersdorf bei Berlin. Mrs Kersten advises and supports affected persons sensitively and actively. If necessary, she will put you in touch with other advice centres.
