Nomination for the Day of Volunteering
The municipality of Rüdersdorf near Berlin is looking for people to be honoured for their special voluntary work. Neighbourhood help or voluntary work on a small scale are what make a pleasant community. On this day, we would like to express our appreciation on behalf of the municipality to people who are committed to their fellow human beings or who actively contribute to making our town a place worth living in.
Do you have a suggestion as to who should definitely be honoured? Tell us the name and briefly explain why you think this person is particularly deserving of an award on Volunteer Day on 5 December 2025. Individuals who are characterised by a particular willingness to help, ongoing commitment or their involvement in projects and initiatives can be nominated.
Nominations are possible up to and including 5 October 2025.
The persons to be honoured are selected by the municipal administration in cooperation with representatives of local politics.
